Ward 6 Firefighters responded to a mutual aid request from Ward 1 Fire Department at 8:30 pm last night for a structure fire at 2311 Gracie Dr in Moss Bluff. Ward 6 responded with an engine company, breathing air trailer, and 8 firefighters. Firefighters from Ward 1, Lake Charles Fire Dept, Ward 6 Fire, and Houston River Fire Department worked for several hours to extinguish the fire. There were no injuries to firefighters or the home occupants. The home was a total loss. Thank you to Florette Zamora for the photos.
